Routine maintenance is a very necessary part of maintaining a quality Internet Network.
Therefore, MICHIGAN EXPRESS performs routine system upkeep maintenance during off-peak
hours when allowed. Customers can expect an estimated, minimum of one (1) hour of downtime per month
during these required services. When possible, MICHIGAN EXPRESS
will give customers notification online, or E-Mail, prior to scheduled routine
maintenance or unplanned upgrades. Customers are not entitled to refunds or credits for
any downtime of the network, either announced, or un-announced.
